Leo is an early adopter of digital technology. He coded his first game on a BBC Micro in 1989 (aged just 12) and went on to graduate with an MA Distinction from the UK’s National Centre for Computer Animation at Bournemouth University. Alongside this, he has studied figurative art, working from life in charcoal, watercolour and oil. He now combines these digital and traditional approaches to create a distinctive style of moving image. Leo minted his first NFTs in 2021 and has been an active member in web3 communities ever since. He regularly writes and speaks on digital strategies in the art world, leading courses at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, V&A, and many others.
